2agame Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 2agame ("2agame", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 2agame website, mobile application and all associated gaming services. By accessing the platform, registering an account or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 2agame. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

2agame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 2agame, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2agame is strictly an adult platform and access by minors is prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must be the legitimate owner of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary account closure on 2agame or on any platform operated by the same group.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout your use of the platform.

2agame may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age or ownership of payment methods at any stage. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 2agame. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person and do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact customer support immediately to have the account secured.

• Account usernames and registered email addresses cannot be changed once set. If there is a genuine error, contact support to discuss options.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• 2agame may close or suspend an account at any time if it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or abuse of any promotion.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned subject to the standard withdrawal process.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 2agame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2agame supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and other mobile wallets available to Pakistani players. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to a third party – including a family member – is not permitted and may result in account suspension and the rejection of any associated withdrawal request.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 2agame account balance within a few seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the financial institution's own processing timelines.
• 2agame does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 2agame's control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within a reasonable time, contact customer support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously verified on the account are not permitted.

Verified accounts requesting withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically receive funds within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the standard timelines of the respective institution. • Completing full KYC verification before your first withdrawal request removes the most common source of processing delay.
• 2agame may request additional documentation for any withdrawal above a certain threshold or where account activity has triggered an internal compliance review.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts in good standing. Accounts under investigation for breach of Terms will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

2agame offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion carries its own specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These individual promotion terms are published on the Promotions page and form part of the overall agreement when you claim a bonus.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum single-bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• 2agame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or exploit bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 2agame – including Live Casino tables, Slots, Fish Games and Sports Betting markets – are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface itself. Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for each sport.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or a live match, 2agame reserves the right to void affected bets. Where possible, the outcome prior to the fault being detected will be used.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are settled using the official scorecards and results published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet was confirmed, not retrospectively.
• Maximum win limits per single bet or per day may apply. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook interface.
• 2agame uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology in all non-live game content. Live Casino games are conducted by real human dealers operating in professionally managed studios.

If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you may raise a dispute with customer support within 7 days of the event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

8 Responsible Gaming

2agame is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform is for entertainment purposes and is intended for adults only. • Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Optional session time reminders are available and can be configured in account settings.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2agame. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account under any combination of names, email addresses, devices or payment methods.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any other automated tools to interact with the platform in a way not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or misquoted odds. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino table games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the platform for any money-laundering activity.
• Using another person's payment method or identity, or providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any behaviour designed to abuse, manipulate or circumvent bonus terms, including through matched betting strategies that remove the risk element from promotional offers.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing customer support agents or other players in any way.

10 Limitation of Liability

2agame provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access and accurate game results, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free of errors, interruptions or technical issues.

• 2agame is not liable for any loss arising from a player's inability to access the platform due to maintenance windows, network outages or technical failures outside our control.
• 2agame is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds, payout calculations or displayed game information, 2agame reserves the right to correct the error and void or re-settle any bets affected by it. Obvious errors include but are not limited to misquoted odds that are materially out of line with the correct market price.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount of your real-money balance at the time the issue arose.

11 Privacy and Data

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable balance withdrawal.
